Teachers maximize their students’ potential in basic reading, writing, and social skills by creating a safe, fun, learning environment and utilizing a variety of educational activities, such as songs, stories, games, and art, that energize their students’ learning abilities.
**Homeroom Teacher (2+ years experience required)**
- Manage a homeroom class effectively, creating a structured and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
**Team Teacher (1+ year experience required)**
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan and execute lessons.
- Co-teach and share responsibilities to enhance student learning.
- Actively participate in professional learning communities and team meetings.
**Required Qualifications**
100% Bilingual: Advanced English is a **MUST**
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: 100% fluent in English (speaking, reading,



and writing); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- **Education & Certification**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching credential/license.
- **Teaching Experience**: Background in inquiry-based, challenge-based, project-based learning, or IB methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience with Readers & Writers Workshop.
- Apple Certified Educator.
- Experience in co-teaching models.
- Knowledge of Reggio Emilia approach.
- Prior experience in classroom teaching.
**Qualifications (preferred)**:
