The Development Operations Analyst plays a key role in designing, implementing, building, deploying, and managing configurations for Epicor products. This role requires a strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and cloud infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable development operations.
**What you will be doing**:
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform on AWS services, including EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, and Lambda.
- Configuring and maintaining local development environments with Docker-Compose.
- Creating and deploying Helm charts and managing Helm repositories.
- Setting up and optimizing monitoring solutions to track performance, uptime, and other key metrics.
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation using markup languages.
**What you will likely bring**:
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and a generalist mindset, comfortable with new technologies.
- Experience with Kubernetes (AWS, Azure, EKS), microservices, Docker, and Docker-Compose.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and shell scripting (Bash).
- 3+ years working in Linux environments and managing Terraform infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch) for performance tracking.
- 2+ years of experience with most of the following: Git, Helm, K8S Operators, Node.js, Python, Groovy, curl, jq, kubectl, APIs, Jenkins, Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, NGINX Ingress.




**What could set you apart**:
- SQL experience (Postgres, SQL Server) for basic DBA tasks and writing queries.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipeline development and GitHub Actions.
- Security expertise or relevant certifications in infrastructure security.
