**Sr. Planner Scheduler**
**Objective**:
To schedule, elaborate and structure production planning for efficient use of lines and optimal efficient use of the lines and optimal delivery of product to the customer.
**Requirements**:
- Schooling: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, business administration, marketing, logistics or related.
- Advanced English
- +5 years in the position.
**Main Functions.**
- Schedule production lines according to sales orders.
- Plan minimum by-product requirements according to established reorder points.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for production line planning.
- Evaluate volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- Day to day order management and customer delivery management.
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
- Take follow-up actions regarding material shortages that affect production and communicate to customer service area.
- Implement all processes according to agreed standards and objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize any material requirements planning (MRP) or IT system.




- system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolveany issues as necessary.
- Review the completeness of the by-product bill of materials to ensure correct sourcing.
- Monitor finished product levels against agreed target levels.
- Support sudden plan changes in the event of short shipment orders (QuickShips).
- Minimize obsolete stock and ensure that the company has minimum liability.
- Create periodic statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization.
- Assist with ongoing review of reorder points (ROP) on by-products to improve material stability.
- Create and maintain a sales and operations planning (S&OP;) system to maintain optimized inventory levels.
- Generate production orders to bring in material in a timely manner according to customer requirements.
