**The Role**
We are seeking KPIs & Reports Specialist who will be responsible for leading data analysis projects and the development of dashboards and reports, as well as acting as a data expert to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. This professional will work closely with different business areas, ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of the information used in analyses, dashboards, and presentations for senior executives
**What**will I be doing?**
- Dashboard Development: Create and optimize executive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Dataviz)
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business process improvements
- Data Modeling and Integration: Ensure the measurement, quality, and consistency of the presented data and information,



working collaboratively with the IT and Data teams
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner for various business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into efficient and actionable KPIs and metrics
- Executive Report: Develop and update manager and executive reports on time, with reliable and consistent data, ensuring high quality
- KPIs: Align and collaborate in the development and control of KPIs and goals alongside business teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- +2 years of experience
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DataStudio, Sigma, etc
- Advanced experience with query and data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python, PySpark)
- Expertise in storytelling for executive presentations (goals and results)
