**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You will sit on the México Integrated Fulfillment Leadership team & report to the México IFP Sr Manager, who oversees the E2E planning of the Nike Supply Chain.
You will work with our Supply Chain, DSM, Finance, and Commercial Teams, connecting and aligning supply chain Shipment plan, always with consumer focus.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Commerce or similar.
- More than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain environment, preferred in retail sector or digital commerce, with primary focus in Planning. (required)
- High performance in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. (required)
- Strong leadership, team member and task prioritization skills.
- Advance knowledge of ERPs. (SAP)
- English 80% _(Able to establish business conversation & manage topics)_
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
If this is you, You will be working with our Marketplace Operations, Finance, DSM and Commercial Teams,
rolling a cross functional alignment to define our Shipment Plan; in order to serve our consumer.
A typical week in Seasonal Planning, You will analyze, create, and align our Integrated Shipment Plan; by aligning our demand forecast to ensure marketplace fulfillment, validating alignment with product availability, company’s financial goals and cancellations. Keeping in mind our Monthly target and aligning Risk and Opportunities.
Your main activities will be: E2E supply chain shipment plan, Order Book Tracking, Shipment and Invoice Tracking. Participate in IBP ecosystem representing supply chain and manage the supply chain risk & ops. Explore and lead the implementation of standard tools, functionalities, strategic enhancements and processes that improve cost, service and Revenue.
You will lead, foster, support the growth & development of Seasonal Planning team talent as part of Integrated People Planning initiatives.
