**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Works closely with the integral Shared Services team to plan and execute internal communications campaigns and activities
- Supports Mexico Marketing and Communications Team Leader with developing internal/external communication materials: social media materials, newsletters, flyers, advertising materials, etc.
- Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community
- Plans, develops, implements, and organizes internal and external events: townhalls, tradeshows and conferences
- Plans and executes employee engagement activities that help build a strong culture and employee morale
- Help with writing, editing and proofreading internal/external communications materials such as articles, blogs, website content, etc
- Perform other tasks as required by the organization
**Your Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications,



Marketing or Business or other related field and 2 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, communications or HR.
- Passion for employee engagement and communications
- A strong understanding of social media tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram)
- A passion for learning new technologies, strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and project management skills able to prioritize and balance workload
- Ability to work well independently and with a team, with good time management and strong attention to detail
- (preferred) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark, After Effects and Premiere
- Languages required: fluency in English and Spanish
