As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure while automating processes to ensure reliability, security, and performance. You will advocate for better testing, faster and safer releases, and pioneer a smooth developer experience, ensuring the right way is always the easy way.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and support complex distributed systems
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure system reliability and performance by defining and defending SLOs
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools
- Lead incident response efforts and improve system observability through metrics, logs, and traces
- Advocate for best practices in software development and operations, ensuring clean and efficient code
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize cloud-based services and deployments
- Promote a culture of automation, eliminating toil and reducing human error
- Mentor and guide team members on DevOps and SRE principles
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Route53, ELB, IAM, KMS, VPC, etc)
- 2+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with building and supporting complex distributed systems
- 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD solutions
- 5+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- 1+ years of experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud security principles
- Experience in monitoring, logging, and tracing to enhance system observability
- Proven ability to lead incident response efforts and drive post-mortem improvements
- Experience designing scalable and resilient cloud-based architectures




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- B2+ English level

- 2+ years of experience with OpenTelemetry framework
