**Responsibilities**
- Craft and deploy comprehensive IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint, integrated with key third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
- Skillfully handle API development to assure seamless integration and improved functionality among various systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of identity solutions from initial onboarding to maintenance and eventual offboarding
- Formulate, evaluate, and enhance IAM policies to align with security, operational efficiency, and compliance objectives
- Work in collaboration with various teams to maintain uniform security measures across all platforms
- Perform periodic security evaluations to discover vulnerabilities and execute appropriate remedies
- Guide and educate team members about IAM technologies and protocols
- Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in IAM and security technologies
- Drive the ongoing enhancement of IAM strategies and methodologies
- Comply with all relevant regulatory mandates and internal policies regarding identity and access management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is highly regarded
- A minimum of 7 years of direct experience as a Security Engineer or similar role, focusing on IAM
- At least 2 years of leadership and team management experience
- Experience managing at least 2 full cycle projects or multiple projects across different phases of the development lifecycle
- Proficiency in API development and management using programming languages such as Java or Python
- Familiarity with identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO)



technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Extensive experience with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
- Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and project management expertise
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and foster trust within a team
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English at a B2 level or higher

- Experience in Architecture Governance, establishing standards and protocols for software design and development
- Skills in Process Design, enhancing and streamlining security processes for improved operational efficiency
