We are looking for 5-10 Maximo Developers from Mexico who can work on our US
projects. Here is the job description. Please let me know if you are able to provide
resources who meet the following requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer business processes and requirements, and configure
Maximo to meet their needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, technical
designs and implementations.
- Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the
implementation life cycle
- Develop interfaces using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its
integrations.
- Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets
customer requirements.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and
recommend optimizations or enhancements within Maximo.
- Provide training sessions to users and create documentation on Maximo
functionalities, best practices, and processes.
- Develop custom solutions, reports, or modules within Maximo to address
specific client needs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades
or patches as needed.
**Requirements**:




- At least 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo Supply Chain and/or Nuclear.
- Extensive experience working with Maximo, including configuration,
customization, and administration.
- Expertise on Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Object Structures,
Rules configurations.
- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other relevant programming
languages used in Maximo customization.
- Deep understanding of WebSphere Architecture.

- Ability to understand client requirements, recommend solutions, and
effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to clearly
communicate with leadership and colleagues about technical capabilities,
limitations, issues, and recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, independent, and resourceful.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex technical issues or challenges
related to Maximo implementation and usage.
