**OVERVIEW**:
The Tax Analyst will work with the LATAM Comptrollership team, reporting to the Regional Tax Leader in Mexico. His/her primary responsibility will be to ensure that the assigned operations of BRP's Mexican entities comply with tax legislation in Mexico, including, but not limited to, Income Tax and Value Added Tax.
He/she will also be responsible for preparing internal and external reports for various purposes for government authorities in Mexico, as well as maintaining communication with the corporate office in Canada.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Tax compliance**:
Determination and payment of monthly provisional payments
Determination of annual ISR
VAT refund requests
Informative Declarations (DIEMSE, DIM, DIOT, Annex 9, Annex 4, etc.)
Attention to requirements and requests from INEGI, SE, etc.
BEPS
REPSE
Support in the preparation of tax opinions
Transfer Prices
**Accounting**:
Adequate registration of taxes (monthly, quarterly and annual)
Analysis of tax accounting accounts
**Others**:
Documentation of processes and improvements
Attention to internal and external audits
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND STUDIES**:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related career.
1-3 years of experience in corporate tax, tax compliance, maquila industry.
Ability to communicate in English (oral and written); intermediate level.




SAP EPCC management is a plus.
Microsoft Office management skills.
