About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Data Migration to join our team and
and collaborate with ETL developers for successful migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client SMEs to understand business data and its relationship with
- Analyze client data and document data mapping requirements for ETL developers.
- Provide insights and recommendations on data migration strategy, validation, and
integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and
project stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions for data
transformation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in data migration processes.




Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data structures.
- Experience working with ETL processes and collaborating with ETL developers.
- Kufri Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in remote environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in insurance industry data migration.
- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in LATAM or APAC market projects.
