**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Accounts and Strategy teams, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Effectively communicate media strategies and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the flawless execution of digital media campaigns across all channels and platforms.
- Monitor performance in real time, implementing optimizations to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Proactively address technical or performance-related challenges to ensure smooth campaign delivery.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as Google, Meta, and other publishers.
- Negotiate favorable agreements with media partners to enhance value and performance.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in all media deliverables.
- Conduct thorough reviews of campaigns and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strategic impact.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- Promote best practices in data security and privacy across all digital media operations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in a senior digital media role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
**LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Periodic travel will be required to engage directly with teams and clients, ensuring you have the opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster teamwork.
