**What will you be doing?**
1. Assist in the design, implementation, and management of the company's performance management processes.
2. Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
3. Prepare performance-related reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
4. Provide support in coaching leaders and employees on performance management tools and processes.
5. Coordinate and support employee engagement programs, including surveys, focus groups, and action plans.

Assist in the development and execution of wellness initiatives to enhance employee well-being.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of initiatives with company goals.
8. Collect, organize, and analyze talent management data to provide actionable insights.

**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- B2 English level.
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
