Arrow is excited to offer recent university graduates the opportunity to join our Early Career On-Ramp Program. Designed to discover the next generation of Arrow’s talent, to guide innovation forward. This **accelerated development program** helps bridge the gap for recent college graduates joining the professional world via curriculum including soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition.
About our On-Ramp program Participants are hired into full-time, benefits-eligible roles with approximately 50% of their time spent on program curriculum: soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition. At the conclusion of the program, participants will transition fully to their role. Opportunities are offered in various departments across Arrow.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
**This unique program blends on-the-job training with structured professional development, allowing you to learn essential skills needed to thrive within an organization while participating in a targeted development program that will advance your professional soft skills and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- 50% of the time you will be in your role as Buyer Jr and 50% in the Early Career On-Ramp Program.
- Fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog.
- Expedites factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
- Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.
- Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.
- Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.
- Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as ship
- complete of released orders.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in the previous 2 years )
- Business-fluent English (oral & written)




- Able to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite)
- Experience/exposure to Supply Chain/Buyer roles.
