**Logistics Manager**
Activities:
- Define the logistics strategy and key performance indicators for the logistics department.
- Implement and optimize logistics procedures and processes.
- Manage the logistics budget effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of warehousing, transportation, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize supply chain performance, and ensure efficient operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements within logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and service providers, negotiating contracts, rates, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:




- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position within logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs processes.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and tools.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Familiarity with logistics regulations and best practices, including Incoterms and supply chain management.
- Knowledge in IMMEX Program.
