**Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with solid in-house recruitment experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, and driving strategies to attract top talent. This role is strictly **on-site**, based in our Chapultepec offices, so we're looking for someone who thrives in face-to-face, collaborative environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment projects.




- Maintain a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of **in-house** recruitment experience (corporate/internal, **not consulting** or agency).
- Proven track record managing full recruitment cycle.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of internal HR processes and hiring compliance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.
- Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
