Job Description
Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and consolidation of various reports to support the Integrated Supply Chain organization
- Support development of Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
- Create ad-hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries
- Closely align with the other teams within GA&I; to drive improved and standardized global processes
- Provide financial analysis to partners to inform decision-making
- Ensure all processes follow internal control policies and procedures
- Support process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency
- Resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities
- Provide Business Partnering across different organizational levelsYou will report to Finance manager (integral analytics)
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of FP&A; experience including FP&A;/Controlling or GL area
- Understanding of the core FP&A; processes (forecasting, reporting, ad hoc analysis) in Topline & Spend.
- Experience with Oracle EPM and SAP
- Proficiency in English,.
- Process improvement focus
- Can use financial systems and desktop apps to "drill down" to find answers
- Interpret financial results and develop takeaways and insights
- Work across time zones, businesses, and departments to resolve issues
- Strategic outlook and experience with standardization and process improvements.
