**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Support outbound campaigns through marketing automation tools
- Assist in managing and optimizing lead generation workflows
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements for engagement and conversions
**Inbound Marketing & Content Strategy**
- Support social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channels
- Assist in creating SEO-optimized blog content and thought leadership posts




- Research trends and generate content ideas aligned with target audience
**Marketing Operations & Growth**
- Maintain marketing dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with the team to test and scale growth initiatives
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and automation techniques
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or startup experience a plus)
- Proficiency with marketing tools and automation software
- Experience with content writing, social media, or SEO
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
