Responsible to coordinate entire shipping operation for all the goods on time according to the OTTR (On Time To Request) current goal and to administrate the Finished Good inventory.

Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide all the paperwork needed to complete exportation process on time, working together with Trade Compliance department to guarantee all the trailers will be crossing the border on time.
- To guarantee 100% of the orders will be shipped on time (according to the ship date).
- To guarantee 100% of the paperwork is provided on time according to the current procedure.
- To make sure all the loads maintain the product integrity (0% for damages to Finished Good)



and 100% of the trailers are loaded at maximum capacity and to ship the orders complete.
- To make sure all activities are executed following all Hussmann´s Safety and Quality Guidance. Assure all employees execute their job following all Hussmann’s Safety Guidance and Quality procedures... (0% of personal injuries).
Calificaciones:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Logistics and Shipping area.
- Personal management, customer service skills, organized.
- ERP system and Office software
- English desirable
