**Role Purpose**:
The IT Network Project Analyst will assist and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of global network-related projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and scope, and meet the required quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing and leading general network projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Constantly monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management clearly and concisely.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.




- Support managing project financials and forecasting.
- Manage ordering and billing processes.
**Experiences/Education - Required**:
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to assist and/or manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of network infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
**Travel Requirement**
- Potential travel of up to 30%, which may include international destinations
**Experiences/Education - Desired**:
- 4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT projects
- Project management certification is a plus.
