**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop projects to optimize the use of materials, improve the process, product, and tools or reduce costs.
2. Establish work plans: based on priorities.
3. Implement programs to reduce scrap, rework and wasted time.
4. Responsible for supervising the carrying out of all the activities of the department and the interaction of these activities and resources with environmental aspects.
5. Ensure that the quality of the products meets company and customer standards and meets the established production goals.
6. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
7. Lead or participate in working groups for variation analysis and/or solution of product and process problems, reaching the identification of root - cause and implementation of irreversible corrective actions.
8. Monitor and control the manufacturing processes for our different product lines, according to the requirements of our quality system.
9. Response and analysis to process failures, finding root - causes and documenting to avoid recurrences.

Responsible for generating validated process parameter sheets that allow obtaining repeatable quality parts for each scheduled run.
11. Have good communication skills with the operational team.
12. Promote teamwork and cooperate with other departments.
13. Support the quality area in customer complaints, analysis and implement quickly necessary corrective actions.
14. Determination of risks and opportunities in their area of responsibility.
15. Safety at the plant ensures order and cleanliness in the work areas.
16. Develop a methodology and culture of troubleshoot analysis to identify the real root cause of the issues and implement the necessary actions, short and long term.
17. Responsible for the start-up of new and specialized equipment.
18. Prepare reports according to the needs of the Operations Manager.

2. Experience: 6-8 Years of Experience in a similar position
3. English 90%
4. Resin knowledge (PC, TPU)
5. Hydraulic, Electric, Pneumatic knowledge.
6. Scientific molding design.
