We are looking for a skilled **APIs and Integration Developer** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement integration services in Java using REST APIs and Kafka
- Develop adapters and connectors to lab systems such as LIS, LIMS, and EMRs
- Implement workflows into reusable software components
- Ensure data integrity and message reliability across systems
- Create observability features for system interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements
- Contribute to the development of best practices for API design and integration
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Java programming with a focus on Spring Boot
- Background in microservices architecture
- Proficiency in REST API development and integration
- Familiarity with schema-first development methodologies
- Database experience in SQL and/or NoSQL technologies
- Understanding of messaging systems, including Apache Kafka
- English proficiency for effective collaboration
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with HL7v2.x and FHIR standards
- Experience with commercial LIS/LIMS systems like Epic Beaker
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
- Exposure to test automation and contract testing
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
- Familiarity with Apache JMeter
