**Job Overview**
Sunwise Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interconnection Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring smooth and timely interconnection of our photovoltaic (PV) systems by coordinating with utility companies, preparing required documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams. As an Interconnection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our solar projects meet regulatory standards and are completed within established timelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain ongoing communication with utility representatives, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and interconnection approval.
- Establish, monitor, and refine interconnection processes to optimize project timelines.
- Develop and update project documentation,



interconnection templates, and process guides.
- Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
**Job Requirements**.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energies Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace (G Suite), and familiarity with electric company platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, teamwork, analytical abilities, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Familiarity with interconnection regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and interconnection procedures is a plus.
