**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of annuity contracts as per the process guidelines
**Requirements**:
Fluent English and Spanish.
Locate it in ZMG Guadalajara or willing to move.
High School Graduate
Strong knowledge of annuity products.
2+ years of experience in or similar position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environment.
Good at problem solving multitasking.
