**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems
- Conduct regular visits to various Affinity sites to ensure systems are properly secured, maintained, and aligned with organizational cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide ongoing technical support and IT assistance to all employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all new hires are equipped with the necessary technology and access to systems to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop system specifications and workflows




- Recommend new system solutions and performance enhancements
- Coordinate system installation and monitor equipment functioning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure systems meet operational requirements
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems
- Strong knowledge of system capabilities, business processes, and healthcare workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
- Eligibility for TN visa status as a Mexican national
