**Responsibilities**
- Participate in knowledge transfer to understand the product
- Learn configuration activities including rating and user interface
- Document prototypes and configuration activities
- Create Epics, Features, and User Stories in Microsoft Azure DevOps for complex functionality
- Establish a knowledge repository to capture all knowledge transfer and activities using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Support ongoing configuration activities
- Triage production issues for the core team
- Create understanding documents outlining issues
- Develop user requirements documents detailing solutions
- Assist in requirement elicitation and estimation
- Liaise with business users, vendor business analysts, and development teams to understand issues and propose further actions
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Background in documentation analysis and requirement management
- Familiarity with Insurity or similar insurance policy administration software
- Understanding of requirements and change management processes
- Strong English proficiency for direct communication with clients
**Nice to have**
- Experience with migration projects
- Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of SharePoint functionalities
