**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Sr. Controls Analyst role will support Information Security processes by ensuring effective quarterly monitoring, testing and compliance of information security controls. The role will focus on providing guidance to InfoSec control owners, process owners and cross-functional teams in the design, implementation and monitoring of security controls.
The role will also support the annual risk assessment process and also be responsible for the implementation of new controls, mapping of existing controls and aligning controls to select industry frameworks.
This role requires an understanding of Information Security standards, control frameworks, control design and testing concepts, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across teams.
**Your Impact**
As **Sr. Info Security Analyst** your responsibilities would consist:
- Support control testing and compliance activities within InfoSec, ensuring alignment with Quarterly and Annual timelines
- Plan, communicate and coordinate control activities, timelines and testing
- Support risk assessment process and maintain control activities and documentation of processes and mapping control objectives and attributes
- Create and maintain reports and provide regular metrics related to control effectiveness
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in managing control lifecycle, including updates, quarterly testing, and reporting activities
- Provide support to process owners on controls, control activities and Information Security Policy and Standards
- Support risk assessments and security control initiatives
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent) is required
**Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in Controls or Cybersecurity role preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate across teams, business partners and employees at all levels across the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Preferred experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
