**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support in the planning and execution of digital campaigns (lives, short-form videos).
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables between content, strategy, and commercial teams.
- Analyze key metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to optimize results.
- Use project management tools to monitor workflows and timelines.
- Participate in team meetings, KPI tracking, and report development.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok’s quality standards and policies.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and receive direct mentorship.
**Ideal Profile**:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Production, Business, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience (including internships or academic projects).
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 - C1).
- Strong learning ability,

- Proven interest in digital platforms.
- Highly organized, responsible, and eager to take on new challenges.
