**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve account and billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Support digital banking tools and debit card services
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Deliver quality service aligned with company standards
**Available Schedules**
**48-Hour Options**:
- 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday OFF
- 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday), Wednesday OFF
- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, Sunday OFF
**45-Hour Options**:




- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday OFF
- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday OFF
**Note**: Weekends are OFF during training
**Compensation**
- 45 hours/week: $3,800 MXN
- 48 hours/week: $4,000 MXN
- Weekly pay
- Paid training beginning April 23rd
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to full-time availability
