Corporate operations provide a wide range of services to the organization such as finance, internal audit, communications, security and human resources.
**What you need to know**:
**Collections processes**: register payments to the right policies via semi-automated or manual methods
Preparation of refund payment orders as well as following-up the shared mailbox for this purpose
Payment allocation of our Web Settlement platform for policies both in national currency and in dollar currency.
Managing chargebacks
Provide customer service, resolve situations presented by producers, insured and internal clients, related to premium payments, such as attention to unrecognized charges, duplicate charges and other collection questions
Reconciliation and administration of special accounts
Collaborate in Collections projects
Preparation of reports corresponding to the assigned activities
Monitoring and allocation of stand-alone cash




Communicate and train Producers and Distribution teammates
File and organize Collections department information as required.
Support Financial internal and external audits.
Back up and support other Collection team members in matters related to collections area.
**What we’re looking for**:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study
Proactive, resilient
Customer service
Productivity improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills and detail oriented
Excellent teamwork skills
**Language skill**: Basic English (desirable, not mandatory)
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products specially Excel (a must) and Word.
