Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international work environment? Join our **Travel Expense Management**team and support the day-to-day operations while contributing to key initiatives that ensure smooth and compliant travel expense processes across the region.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Expense report validation management to ensure they are compliant with internal policies.
- Follow up on open items, pending user actions.
- Participate on internal audit activities to identify actions to prevent growing backlog.
- Attention to users regarding questions about their expenses with a great service mindset.
- To handle big, excel database files to monitor pending actions by users.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain insight into corporate finance processes, and work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Active student in Accounting, Management, Administration (or related), with a graduation conferral date after July 2026.
- Experience: not necessary.
