**About the role**
UPLIFT Talent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Jr. Assistant** or **Phone Agent** to join our team! You’ll play a key role in assisting potential renters by answering calls, providing engaging information about available apartments, and scheduling tours. This is a hybrid position, ideal for someone who thrives in both remote and on-site environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls from potential renters and provide clear, engaging descriptions of available apartments.
- Schedule apartment tours and enter appointments into a shared digital calendar.
- Coordinate with the on-site apartment manager to ensure smooth tour experiences.
- Send confirmation texts to both the renter and apartment manager, often coordinating same-day appointments.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English** - verbal and written. **THIS IS A MUST**:




- **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a phone agent or in telemarketing.
- **Minimum 1 year** of customer service and sales experience.
- Comfortable using electronic calendars to manage schedules.
- Basic to intermediate **Excel** skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Schedule**
Wednesday to Sunday:
Wednesdat through Sunday from 9AM to 7PM.
Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 4PM
