Reporting: Materials Manager
Functional objectives:
- 1. Ensure production on time and at the lowest possible cost._
- 2. Maximize resources and production._
- 3. Demand management and production control._
- 4. Manage inventory at the optimal level._
Is responsible for:
- _Monitor current production levels and provide detailed plans, ensuring the flow of raw materials and low levels of obsolescence for work on the production floor in accordance with demand and quality standards._
- _Analyze the proposed production plan with buyers, the plant manager, and the production manager._
- _Coordinate the production workflow._
- _Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum throughput and minimum delays._
- _Ensure correct demand in SAP so that the system determines the required quantity of raw materials._
- _Support Customer Service priorities,



ensuring perfect order delivery._
- _Control and maintain SKUs in the system._
- _Manage sales orders._
- _Create a production schedule in SAP._
- _Demand planning._
- _Manage inventory levels._
- _Generate a report in SAP of non-moving and/or slow-moving part numbers._
- _Maintain updated records in SAP: inventories, production orders, purchase orders, exception messages, and daily invoicing._
- _Generate, control, and manage forecasts, demands, sales orders, and production orders._
- _Maintain backlog monitoring at optimal levels._
- _Review demand planning with Customer Service._
- _Present compliance with the production schedule and daily production plan._
- _Maximize the level of service to external customers._
- _Coordinate work teams to achieve objectives._
- _Understand the quality policy and quality objectives._
- _Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system._
- _Recommend and implement improvements to activities and processes within the quality system._

Education and professional knowledge:
- _Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field._




- _3 years of work experience in a similar position, experience with electrical components is desirable._
