**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager** to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This person will play a key role in developing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through data-driven campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimize based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate performance reports to identify trends and insights.
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Build and mentor a small team, depending on the scope and seniority level.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign management.




- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Mexico.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing or the tech industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.
