**Manager of Professional Services (Hybrid, Mexico)**
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Manager of Professional Services** to lead a high-performing team of configuration and QA consultants in the successful delivery of SaaS solutions across the United States. This is a high-impact role that blends people's leadership, process optimization, and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead a **multi-functional team** delivering configuration and quality assurance across a portfolio of complex software implementations.
- Identify **skill gaps** within the team and recommend training and upskilling initiatives to ensure continued growth and excellence.
- Continuously **optimize and refine implementation processes**,



driving efficiency across all project phases.
- ** Manage and triage critical incidents** impacting delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively **challenge status quos** and elevate the role of QA and configuration in achieving high implementation standards.
- Act as a **management-level escalation point** for clients, building trust and ensuring issues are resolved with urgency and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain detailed **capacity and resource plans** to support project execution and team workload balance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrating **tact, professionalism, and influence** across internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold **project management best practices**, promoting continuous improvement and process excellence.
- Serve as a bridge between **product strategy and implementation**, aligning customer needs with product capabilities.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of the professional services function.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- ** 5+ years of experience** in Professional Services within a SaaS environment.
- ** 3+ years of direct management experience** within post-sales operations (e.g., implementation, customer success, support).
- Proven ability to build and manage **cross-functional relationships** and high-performing teams.




- Experience setting and tracking **performance metrics** for transactional/consultative teams.
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability.
- ** Resource and capacity planning expertise**, with a strong understanding of utilization and workload balancing.
- Technical understanding of **front-end and back-end systems** to validate effort estimates and offer technical guidance.
- Proficiency in interpreting **Statements of Work (SOWs)** and translating them into actionable project requirements.
- Comfortable working within both **Agile and Waterfall methodologies**.
- Familiarity with **industry regulatory requirements** and upcoming mandates.
- Proven ability to **influence cross-functional teams** in a matrixed environment.
- Must be fluent in **English and Spanish**.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Strong discipline in managing **time sheets, expenses**, and project documentation.
