Our Senior Business Consultant will be part of our Business Excellence team, and contribute with innovative business strategies that drive our clients' growth through process optimization and organizational change management, being a key player in the monitoring and implementation of consulting projects for our top clients.
What you will do:
- Supervise professionalization projects.
- Commercial strategies to open/close sales projects with new and current clients.
- Develop initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Review the progress and quality of the service provided.
- Establish partnerships and alliances with clients to ensure solid relations.
- Develop prospecting strategies to identify potential new clients.
- Develop Business plans and support implementation/execution.




- Analyze and manage organizational changes in consulting projects.
- Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze, design, and create metrics related to organizational development.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Business Intelligence, or Industrial Relations.
- 6+years of experience in the field of business consulting.
- Proficiency in programs like as Lucidchart, Power Bi, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
- Intermediate English level
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, positive personality, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.
- Excellent professional presentation and appearance.
