**Senior Product Manager - Platform Experience (Remote-Hybrid, Mexico)**
Are you passionate about creating meaningful, scalable digital solutions that transform how governments serve their constituents? We are seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to lead the development of platform capabilities that empower local and state government offices through automation, embeddable components, and no-code tools.
As a key member of our platform team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, delivering high-impact features, and driving continuous improvement with a strong focus on user experience, technical excellence, and business value.
**Responsibilities**
**Platform Roadmap & Epics**




- Lead the development of **embeddable UI components** that improve accessibility and usability for both government workers and the public.
- Develop and communicate a **long-term roadmap** that leverages platform services, microservices, and no-code automation to solve real-world challenges in government operations.
**0 to 1 Product Management**
- Drive **new product initiatives from concept to launch**, including customer discovery, MVP development, and go-to-market execution.
**Technical Expertise in Platform Architecture**
- Partner with engineering teams to shape architecture for services such as **payments, authentication, notifications, messaging, and auditing**.
**Workflow Automation & No-Code Development**
- Expand and evolve **no-code capabilities** that enable non-technical users to build and automate complex workflows.
- Optimize platform tools that support automation for government functions like **business licensing, tax filings, payments**, and **financial reporting**.
**Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement**
- Define and track **KPIs** related to platform performance, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and automation impact.
- Use **data-driven insights** to iterate and enhance platform functionality, minimizing manual work and improving service delivery outcomes.




**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: 4+ years in product management, with 3+ years working on technical SaaS or PaaS products.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA/MS) are a plus.
- ** 0 to 1 Product Management**: Proven ability to lead products from idea to successful launch.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Strong grasp of cloud-native platforms, microservices architecture, and search technologies.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Adept at translating complex business problems into clear, actionable product features.
- ** Communication**: Skilled at communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Adaptability**: Thrive in fast-paced environments and responsive to evolving user needs.
