Ensure based on the OTD the total manufacturing objectives including the product and quality requirements. Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, costs by focusing on metrics. Supervise and guarantee the implementation of security practices in the manufacturing areas. Follow up on lean manufacturing projects. Monitor and review material inventories. Balance of lines. Ensure the training of the staff and manage the assigned resources.
