Indirect Buyer
**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories aligned with company goals.
- Manage procurement processes for indirect materials and services, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria based on documented compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, and finance to understand procurement needs and ensure supply continuity.
- Drive cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and utilize ERP systems for order tracking and reporting.
- Perform cost analysis with a thorough understanding of cost drivers.
- Verify with the company's legal advisers the contractual language, to achieve a correct drafting of contracts favorable to the interests and commercial conditions of our company.
- Evaluate the supplier's performance and stability and look for the implementation of improvements and corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and supervise documents such as requisitions, cost reduction spreadsheets, partial analysis worksheets, and industry trends for assigned purchases.
- Participate and support the new product / line launch support activities.
- Prepare Purchase Orders in the company's ERP.




- Collaborate with MRO warehouse management to define re-order points, safety stock, and inventory levels for indirect materials and spare parts.
- Follow up on purchase orders until the delivery of material to the plant, as well as ensure the correct and complete delivery of information to the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with all security measures in the materials area and in offices.
- Support cycle counts or inventories carried out in the organization.
- Compliance with information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
**What Do We Expect From You**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields**:
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- Procurement or Purchasing
- Industrial Engineering
- Finance or related discipline
**Experience and capability**:
- 5 years in the position.
- 5 years preferably in the Automotive Industry
**Language**: Fluent English **Software**: ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel)
**Procurement & Sourcing Skills**:Strategic sourcing of services and non-production goods**,**Total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluation**,**Request for Quotation (RFQ) and bidding process management**,**Contract negotiation and supplier selection.
**Supplier Relationship Management**:Supplier onboarding and qualification, performance monitoring and service level agreement (SLA) enforcement**,**supplier development and conflict resolution.




**Analytical & Financial Acumen**:Spend analysis and budget tracking**,**Cost avoidance and savings tracking**,**financial evaluation of vendor proposals.
**Technical & Operational Understanding**:Familiarity with MRO, IT, logistics, facilities, and professional services, Understanding of maintenance and operational continuity requirements
**ERP & Digital Tools Proficiency**:ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, LN) for procurement and requisition workflows, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for spend reporting and analysis.
**Compliance & Risk Management**:Adherence to company procurement policies**,**Risk assessment for vendor performance, delivery, and service reliability**,**Basic understanding of ISO 14001, safety, TSAX, and sustainability compliance
**Communication & Collaboration**:Strong verbal and written communication for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction**,**Cross-functional collaboration with IT, facilities, HR, finance, and legal departments
**Project Management**:Managing timelines for indirect procurement initiatives**,**Coordinating multi-site or integral service contracts

Master’s Degree (optional but advantageous):

Professional Certifications (highly valued):
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management - ISM)
