- You hold a degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields)
- You have **fluent and verifiable English**:
- You enjoy solving technical problems and working with technology
- You are available for **on-site work in Hermosillo, Sonora** (living there or willing to relocate)




- You have **full schedule availability** for a rotating shift scheme
- You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You have **excellent communication skills** to collaborate with teams and clients
- **Nice to have**: knowledge of programming languages like **Python** and **C#**
