**This position reports to**:
Manufacturing Unit Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: - Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations. - Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements. - Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team,



ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. - Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 8 Years of experience in Project Management & Commercial Operations.
- Bachelors Degree in industrial, mechanic, electrical, mechatronic or similar engineering.
- Experience in greenfield project start-up.
- Validation of activities in functions in all areas.
- Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Strong Communication skills & buidling customers relationships.
- Business Acumen, Solid understanding of project finances, cost control, and contractual obligations.
- Advanced English Level.
