**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Familiarity with various call center platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.

**Work Hours**:
- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Shifts: 8-5 and 12-9)
- **Saturday**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Sunday**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Per week**: a total of 48 hours
**Salary Range**: $15,000 to $16,000, commensurate with experience.
