We’re EP Logístics, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider with over 20 years of experience serving clients across Mexico and the U.S.
We’re hiring a General Manager for our Monterrey hub — a high-impact role combining operational leadership and commercial growth. If you have experience in logistics and know how to lead people and drive results, we’d love to hear from you.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead daily operations: transportation, warehousing, and customer service
- Ensure service performance and cost efficiency
- Drive process improvements and operational KPIs
- Manage and develop local teams
- Support commercial initiatives and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality standards
- Align with corporate leadership on goals and reporting
**What We’re Looking For**




- 5+ years in logistics or 3PL operations
- Team leadership experience
- Commercial mindset (sales or customer service background)
- Strategic and hands-on leader
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
