**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage software implementation projects for clients in Mexico and Latin America.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for RM and RM Web.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project.
- Handle client data migration, input, and validation.
- Offer business consulting and strategic guidance based on rental industry best practices.
- Customize solutions and support integration efforts based on client requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide status reports to clients and internal teams.
- Support clients during go-live and post-implementation handover.
- Provide product training for client stakeholders and internal teams as needed.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in software project implementation or client onboarding.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to see the big picture of a project and anticipate challenges.
- Willingness to learn technical systems, including data handling and configuration.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
**Bonus Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)**
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in the rental or ERP software industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL or willingness to learn
