- Serve as the integral user expert within the Quality organization for Baxter’s Laboratory Information Management System.
- Understands and assures system conformance to regulations and Baxter quality processes.
- Interact frequently with leaders and functional peer group of technical experts.
- Partners with interactions and communications with IT and global user community.
- Collaborates with continuous improvement of the system in collaboration with peer groups of technical experts,



the global user community and IT.
- Represent global user community in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Validation processes.
- Write, review or approve global procedures, user manuals.
- Define, oversee and improve LIMS training
- Lead classroom-based training for global audiences and train local trainers
- Identifies continuous improvement projects to implement global requirements and best practices within the system.
- Serve as a coach, trainer & supports development of site LIMS SMEs.
- May participate in discussions with suppliers to analyze compliance and assess the risk of system functionality.
- May develop reports in Cognos, Tableau, or PowerBI based on global community or site-specific requirements.
