**The Role**
You as our **Account Manager Jr
As our **Account Manager Jr - LATAM**, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Keeping clients excited about trading markets by regularly sharing insightful market analyses and trade opportunities.
- Administering KYC as a crucial step in welcoming new clients aboard.
- Efficiently addressing client inquiries by leveraging your expertise in our products and platform.
- Exuding a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward all customers.
- Skillfully translating complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, such as trading principles.
**About you**:
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry
- Amazing relationship-building skills showcased through a professional phone presence
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both **_Spanish and English_**:




- Capability to efficiently manage the sales pipeline while meeting various deadlines, including sales KPIs
- Strong numerical aptitude; comfortable engaging with data and figures
- Embodying the core values of Pepperstone
- Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader platforms
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Background in financial investments
