Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services, often in a consulting or software context, accountable for meeting client expectations, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Management**: Overseeing multiple projects, managing project managers and teams, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- ** Team Leadership**: Managing, mentoring, and developing a delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and managing project risks, mitigating potential issues to ensure successful delivery.
- **Financial Management**:Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability, and tracking key financial metrics.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:



Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.
