Create, deploy and update of work instructions for manufacturing operations.
Validate Visual Aids Created by Method Agents
Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose workflow alternatives and improve productivity;
Perform time and movement studies to optimize labor utilization and production efficiency;
Participate in projects focused on process improvement, automation and technological integration;
Train and guide method agents on new methods and best practices;
Support production metrics and KPIs to improve your performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in all methods and procedures;
Support regular updates and reports to the Methods Coordinator on project status, challenges, and successes;
Identify savings opportunities without compromising product standards;
Assess and recommend CAPEX for investments in new technologies and equipment upgrades to improve productivity and support Industry 4.0 initiatives
Support compliance and monitoring of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards




Assist INTERNAL and EXTERNAL customers (when applicable) in product development
Product feasibility analysis and resolution of customer issues in launch stages when necessary.
Supervision of special processes (e-coat, shot-peening, pre-set, passivation, stress relief, etc.)
Participate in the audits required for the different specifications applicable to the business unit
Development and support in the implementation of new products and processes until the culmination of industrialization and delivery to the Production area.
Coordination, participation and management of engineering projects (improvement of production processes, new products, engineering changes).
