Position Overview
As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for several administrative tasks and bringing support as necessary. We seek an experienced professional with knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Invoice Downloads (FD, Google, Bing, Facebook)
- Invoice Notarizations
- Keyword, Final URL, and Geo Report Downloads (Google, Bing)
- Monthly Ad Screenshots (Facebook, YouTube)




- Monthly YouTube Script Prep
- Ordering Inventory via HomeNet Portal & Configuring Settings in our System per Dealer.
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 required)
- Marketing experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Computer skills
- Team first attitude
- Self-motivated
