**Head of Legal & Compliance**
We are looking for a **Head of Legal & Compliance** to lead and strengthen the legal and compliance framework, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory adherence at both local and international levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and internal controls.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, ensuring alignment with national and international regulations (anti-corruption, antitrust, data protection, etc.).
- Oversee and execute the company’s compliance program, including risk assessments, internal audits, training sessions, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure proper data protection and privacy compliance, acting as the company’s Data Protection Officer when required.
- Support the negotiation, drafting, and review of key contracts and agreements, mitigating potential legal risks.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, handling litigation strategies and dispute resolution when necessary.
- Monitor and interpret new laws and regulations, providing proactive guidance on legal and compliance matters.
- Lead the internal Ethics & Compliance Committee,



collaborating with different departments to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on corporate matters, regulatory filings, and complex legal cases.
- Oversee tax and fiscal compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial regulations.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Experience in litigation, contract negotiation, and internal audits.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Law degree (specialization in compliance, corporate law, or internal controls is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
**Location**: Monterrey, México.
